M-3 Construction updates
5/23/2025
NB/SB M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) from Sandpiper Drive to 23 Mile Road will have lane closures for pavement repairs:
- Daily 6am - 3pm, Tues. 5/27 - Tues. 6/10

NB M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) from Sandpiper Drive to 23 Mile Road will have ONE LANE OPEN.
- Daily 9am - 7pm, Wed. 6/11 - Thurs. 6/26

SB M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) from 23 Mile Road to Sandpiper Drive will have ONE LANE OPEN.
4/16/2025
Starting April 16, shoulder closures will begin on northbound and southbound M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) between Sandpiper Drive and 21 Mile Road for sidewalk curb improvements. Later this spring, drivers can expect single-lane closures along Gratiot Avenue for drainage improvements and nighttime lane closures for road resurfacing.
4/10/2025
Work will begin on Stage 1 to upgrade sidewalk ramps along M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) between Sandpiper Drive and 23 Mile Road. Traffic impacts will include shoulder and turn lane closures along northbound and southbound Gratiot Avenue.
